KOI Resort & Residence Da Nang

I recently stayed at KOI Resort & Spa Danang and booked a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained — ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and relaxation. One thing to note is that while the villa includes a private pool, it is quite exposed and doesn’t offer full privacy, which might be a consideration for some guests. The staff at the resort were outstanding — very friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help. Their warm and professional service made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the spa. Each guest in the villa was offered a complimentary spa treatment (choice of back or foot massage), and the experience was excellent — very relaxing and high quality. Breakfast was another strong point, with a wide variety of food options to suit different tastes. The internet connection was also excellent throughout the resort, which made it easy to stay connected when needed.

New place so everything still seems well maintained although certain parts of the resorts look very empty and still under construction. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with our requests since we have young baby and elderly in our group. Breakfast spread was comprehensive and tasty. Dinner options however was limited given the resort wasn't filled with guests. Lots of add-ons with free breakfast, daily afternoon tea, & free one BBQ dinner if stayed over 3 nights.

Unbelievable clean

This is a really 5 star luxurious hotel with incredible staff. Our room was large, luxurious bedding and pillows, modern furniture, super clean, and had the coolest view of the Marble Mountains and a partial view of the beach. Food was delicious and lots of options and the amenities are outstanding. Especially, thank you to Ms. Kim who greeted us on arrival. She was kind, friendly and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended. Even the partial sea view room looks beautiful.

The 3 bedroom villa we stayed in was nice & comfortable and comes with a private pool. The environment was nice & peaceful. Walking distance to a well maintained clean white sandy beach. I love it that KOI actually put lifeguard on duty even at the beach area. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.
